PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) optimis target marketing sales tahun ini dapat tercapai. S epanjang 2021, emiten properti ini membidik marketing sales Rp 5,9 triliun Direktur CTRA, Tulus Santoso menjelaskan optimisme itu berangkat dari capaian marketing sales perusahaan di semester I-2021 yang telah melebih 50% dari target. SAHAM BEEF ALAMI OVERSUBSCRIBED HINGGA 86,11 KALI

IQPlus, (10/01) - Perusahaan makanan olahan PT Estika Tata Tiara Tbk (BEEF) hari ini resmi mencatatkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Artinya, BEEF menjadi emiten kedua yang berhasil listing melalui proses penawaran umum perdana saham (Initial Public Offering/IPO). Direktur Utama PT Estika Tata Tiara Tbk Yustinus Sadmoko mengatakan, perseroan melepas sahamnya sebanyak 376.862.500 saham baru atau sekitar 20% dari modal yang ditempatkan dan disetor penuh. "Saham BEEF mengalami kelebihan permintaan (oversubscribed) hingga 86,11 kali dari porsi pooling,"ujarnya. Awal diperdagangkan, saham BEEF naik 140 poin atau 41,18% ke level Rp 480 dari harga IPO Rp 340. Saham BEEF ditransaksikan sebanyak 112 kali dengan volume sebanyak 66.680 lot dan menghasilkan nilai transaksi Rp 3,37 miliar.
