Dow posts 7th straight record close, rising despite report of Russia probe intensifying
Special Counsel Robert Mueller impaneled a grand jury in his investigation into Russia's involvement in the U.S. election, the Wall Street Journal reported minutes before the close.Stocks slipped on the news, with the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq composite hitting session lows, before cutting some losses.Wall Street will now look ahead to Friday's jobs report.
