Dow sheds 135 points to close at lowest level in three weeks
The S&P 500 declined 0.55 percent, with energy declining 1.2 percent. Energy stocks were pressured by a drop in oil prices.Oil prices declined after the International Energy Agency slashed its outlook for oil demand growth.Uncertainty around tax reform coming by year-end also grew, worrying investors.
