Confirmation to buy if the next candle is bullish again or buy on support if it goes down first. We suggest being careful if it fails to stay above the support level. (Trading Buy)

Target Price: The price has a bullish opportunity to test the resistance level 5,950. If it breaks level 5,950 then the price will go to level 6,000. We recommend to be careful if the price fails to break through or turn around the support area.
Stop Loss: To minimize the risk of loss, we recommend placing a stop loss at level 5,675.

PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) , melalui PT Tiara Metropolitan Indah (TMI), anak usaha terkendali APLN, pada tanggal 26 September 2023 telah melakukan penjualan aset Neo Soho Mall, Jakarta kepada PT NSM Assets Indonesia (NSMAI) dengan harga Rp1,44 triliun (termasuk PPN) yang merupakan nilai pasar yang wajar. Dana yang diterima TMI dari NSMAI atas pelaksanaan transaksi tersebut, akan digunakan sebagiannya oleh TMI untuk melakukan penyertaan saham baru (saham seri B) dalam NSMAI yang akan mewakili 28,58% dari seluruh modal yang telah diterbitkan dan disetor penuh dalam NSMAI.
